History

1999 - No Agent Property created by Jacqui Smith, helping owners to market or rent out their homes without paying fees to property professionals.

2002 - To meet the increasing needs, she supplemented the business with the marketing of businesses. From that time, more than 2,500 businesses have been sold without paying agency fees, which can be as extreme as 10 per cent.

2013 - Stan Iskhakbaev came to the business. He brought a great deal of knowledge about residential property as well as a keen understanding of selling property privately.

2015 - The business is divided into two parts, No Agent Property and No Agent Business. The two businesses have their own individual websites to cater for the diversity within the residential and commercial sectors.

Jacqui Smith - Director

Jacqui has notched up thirty-five years experience in sales, marketing and advertising.

The last fifteen years have seen her running No Agent Property. When the worldwide web took off in 1999, she saw this as a new opportunity for marketing, particularly for selling homes.

Consequently, No Agent Property was launched. Nothing satisfies Jacqui more than assisting her customers realise their dreams through selling their homes and appreciating the savings they have made by not having to pay Agency commissions.

Stan Iskhakbaev - Director

A co-founder of another for sale by owner company, Stan joined Jacqui as a co-director in 2013. With over twenty years of knowledge gleaned through consulting at various local and overseas companies, he is also a nationwide licensed real estate agent.

His IT experience and entrepreneurial skills advantage the business when it comes to offering innovation and computer automation to the various sectors of the company.

Gilles Maragnes - SEO/SMO Manager

Gilles has joined the team at No Agent Property and Business in 2015 and became the driving force behind the Online Marketing Strategies of the No Agent Property and Business websites as well as owners listings.

What makes Gilles so successful is his passion for online marketing, including Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media Marketing. Gilles has graduated in France and holds a Batchelor degree in E-commerce and he brought with him a strong approach of national and international Online Marketing strategies.

Eleanore Boniface - Administrative and Customer Support

Eleanore was brought on in 2017 to provide customers with an accessible contact point for all support relating to their listings. With extensive admin and customer service experience, she is focused on continuing to the deliver the excellent service No Agent Property is built on, and constantly seeking ways to further improve customers' selling experiences.

Eleanore has a Bachelor of Architecture and Business Admin training, and she genuinely enjoys it when she can use her creativity, organisational skills, and keen eye for detail, to help improve the sale process for customers.
